  1. Every hour on the hour, knock out 5-10, in addition to your RDB (Required Daily Burpees)?
That’d get you caught up by Day 100 — just a week away!
    Keep on pushing!

  2. Thanks G!

My challenge has been a combination of total exhaustion mixed with travelling to client meetings, but I shouldn’t have any more of the latter between now and Day 100, but the former is likely to stick around :S

    Thanks for rooting for me!

How are you doing with yours?

  3. Doing OK – though I’m only up to Day 31!
I play a lot of softball, and at games or practices I’ve been burpee-ing between innings, or even between batters sometimes. 2 here, 5 there, it adds up: pretty painless.
Now that I’m between seasons, though, I’m thinking about how to work them into my day… I’d rather not do them at home (don’t want to bother the folks downstairs if I can help it), so we’ll see.

Get some rest, and good luck!

  4. Hey, what’s happening? Hope you’re doing OK!

    • Hey G.

Lots of other things got in the way – mostly good! So I am going to have to pick up where I left off one of these days. How did it go for you? Are you all done?

  5. Hey — glad to hear it wasn’t all bad news!
(I looked a couple of times for a new blog entry, and when I didn’t see one, assumed an injury, or worse. Didn’t realize you’d posted here.)

I’m on Day 86, rolling along… been behind a couple of times, but never had to do more than 110 or so in a day. Still finding it easier to burpee between innings at my games than in one longish stretch… still can’t do sets of more than about 8 — tonight’s 86 will take me 15-20 minutes, for example. I guess once I know I can do 100 in a day, I can start doing them for time!

Anyway, glad to know you’re well.
Best to you in your health & other endeavors,

    G.
