For the Christmas season, I would like to do a bit of shameless advertising for a company that I discovered while ordering a Christmas gift for my sister (so if you know her, please don’t mention this email). After a terrible experience with an order I placed on Toys R Us recently (worst customer service ever…I highly suggest avoiding them), I was in absolute awe over the fact that I made a special request regarding delivery of my order today (it would have been mid-morning Winnipeg time, where the company is located) and received, in less than an hour, an email confirming that it would be no problem.
Since I firmly believe that companies that care should be supported, and that this particular one seems to have good prices and cool ideas (for the board game lover in you), I felt the overwhelming need to send this email, in the hopes that it will help at least one of you come up with a gift idea and reward Rainy Day Games for being great at customer service!
